AIC permanent flexible magnetic extrusions (also called bonded ferrite magnets) are made by mixing ferrite powder with synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE or NBR). This product is lead free using strontium ferrite (Sr0.6Fe203). This type of magnet has the best flexibility characteristics of any permanent magnetic material. It can be easily folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic property of the magnet. It also has excellent machinability and can be easily drilled, punched, scissor cut, knife cut and die cut.
AIC permanent flexible magnetic extrusions are available plain or with foam, rubber or acrylic adhesive.

AIC strip can be cut or scored to meet your specific requirement.
AIC strip with adhesive can be scored through the magnetic to the release liner which allows for easy removal.
AIC produces strip in pair matching rolls. MAG A and MAG B match perfectly.
AIC also produces strip with self - matching poles. Simply cut one piece into halves, rotate one half 180o and the two pieces will match perfectly, all from the same roll!
AIC is available plain or with foam, rubber or acrylic adhesive.
